Cancellation Policy
At VitalBeet, we understand that sometimes plans change or mistakes happen during checkout. We want your experience with us to be as smooth and stress-free as possible, which is why we have established a clear and straightforward order cancellation policy.
Cancellation Window
Because we pride ourselves on fast shipping and aim to get your VitalBeet Beetroot Capsules to you as quickly as possible, our fulfillment team begins processing orders almost immediately after they are placed.
You have a 1-hour window from the time your order is submitted to request a cancellation. If you realize you need to cancel your order within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@vitalbeet.com with the subject line "URGENT: Order Cancellation" and include your order number in the body of the email.
How to Cancel
To ensure your cancellation request is processed before your order ships, please follow these steps:
1.Email support@vitalbeet.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
2.Use the subject line "URGENT: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]".
3.Briefly state the reason for cancellation (optional, but helpful for our records).
Our support team monitors this inbox closely during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM EST) and will do everything possible to intercept your package before it leaves our warehouse.
Late Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received after the 1-hour window, or if our fulfillment team has already processed and shipped your order, we will unfortunately be unable to cancel it.
However, you are fully protected by our 90-Day "Bottom of the Bottle" Guarantee. Once your order arrives, you can simply refuse the delivery (Return to Sender) or contact us to initiate a standard return. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and once the unopened package is received back at our facility, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Subscription Cancellations
If you are enrolled in our VitalBeet Subscribe & Save program, you have complete control over your deliveries. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal.
To ensure your next scheduled order is not processed and shipped, please make any changes or cancellations at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If a subscription order processes before you cancel, the standard 1-hour cancellation window applies to that specific shipment.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
When an order is successfully cancelled within the 1-hour window, a full refund will be issued immediately to the credit card or payment method used at checkout. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your account statement.
