Processing Times
All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the following business day. During high-volume periods or promotional events, processing may take an additional 24 to 48 hours, but we always strive to dispatch your order as swiftly as we can.
Shipping Options & Rates
We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, all of which are fully tracked from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Standard Shipping (3-5 Business Days):
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $4.95 applies. This option is reliable and ensures your package arrives safely within the standard delivery window.
Priority Shipping (2-3 Business Days):
For those who want to start their journey to peak vitality sooner, we offer Priority Shipping for a flat rate of $8.95. This expedited service bumps your order to the front of the fulfillment line and utilizes faster transit routes.
Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days):
If you need your VitalBeet immediately, Overnight Shipping is available for $19.95. Please note that overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST to guarantee next-day delivery.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is packed and the shipping label is created, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive the email.
International Shipping
Currently, VitalBeet ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are actively working on expanding our distribution network to bring our premium nitric oxide support to health-conscious individuals worldwide. For our Canadian customers, standard international shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We take great care in packaging your VitalBeet capsules to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement order immediately so your health routine is not interrupted.
